  • What is a salon suite?
    A modern concept that differs from traditional salons by allowing beauty professionals to own their business while not being responsible for overhead costs, maintenance expenses, and other risks. These expenses are covered in your rental agreement when you lease with Stellar Salon Suites.
  • Do you offer single or double suites?
    At Stellar Salon Suites, we offer various sizes of single and double suites, shared suites, and chair rentals.
  • How long is the lease agreement?
    You have the option of choosing between a 6 month or 12 month lease agreement.
  • How much is the security deposit?
    The security deposit will be determined based on the suite or booth rental that you decide to rent.
  • How can I lease a suite or booth at Stellar Salon Suites?
    Our leasing application system is effortless and hassle free. Contact us to verify suite availability. Schedule an on site tour. Select the exact suite or booth that you are interested in. Log into the tenant portal to complete the application. Move in!
  • Does the salon accept walk-in clients?
    Stellar Salon Suites is designed for professionals with an established clientele, however it is the decision of each tenant to decide if walk-ins are accepted or not.
  • What are the suite hours?
    Generally the suite hours are from 6am to 11pm. However tenants have access to their suites 24/7 and can operate in a security controlled environment at any given time.
  • Do we have to pay for parking?
    There is ample free parking available to all tenants and their clients directly in front of, and on the side of the building.
  • Can I decorate my suite?
    Tenants are welcome to decorate and paint their suite to express their individual styles and personalities. If the client does decide to paint the walls, it is required that the walls be returned to a neutral color at the end of your lease.
  • How often is rent due?
    Rent is due every Friday.
  • What is included with my lease?
    Your rent includes a semi-furnished or unfurnished suite depending on the option you select, maintenance of common areas, wi-fi, electricity, water, heating and cooling, access to on-site laundry facility, directory listing, fingerprint access to your suite, key code access to the salon, individual paging system, and 24/7 security camera system. All tenants are responsible for the cleaning and upkeep of their individual suites.
  • What license and documents do I need?
    Stellar Salon Suites, and the city requires all suite owners to apply for a business license. The Georgia Cosmetology Sate Board requires all licensed cosmetologists, Estheticians and Nail Techs to have a salon license. Braiders and Locticians do not need to be licensed; however a business license is still required. Proof of General & Professional Liability Insurance Contact the Georgia Cosmetology State Board at (404) 424-9966 and the health department at (404) 657-2700 regarding specific requirements for your profession. All licenses should be displayed in your suite.
  • Are there any prohibited items?
    All pets, weapons, drugs, and loud music are explicitly prohibited.
